Terms of Service

By accessing Sukicam at sukicam.com, joining the waitlist, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the services.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Sukicam. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Sukicam is in active development. Features described on this site are subject to change, and some are not yet available. We may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves.

• You own your content. Photos you capture and content you create with Sukicam belong to you.
• Limited license to operate. You grant us the limited license needed to run the service, for example to process an image frame so we can return composition suggestions. This license exists only to provide the service to you and is described further in our Privacy Policy.
• Your responsibility. You’re responsible for the content you capture and share, and for having the rights to it.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Misuse the service to harass, harm, or violate the privacy of others.
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

The Sukicam name, logo, software, and site content (other than your content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Composition suggestions are only suggestions. We don’t guarantee any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sukicam and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using Sukicam at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sukicam is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We’ll finalize the specific jurisdiction when the company is incorporated.

We may update these Terms as the product develops. When we make material changes, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
